          Mountain offers a lot of other interesting sights such as unique landmarks, cute traditional-style mountain villages, hot mineral springs with recreation facilities built, etc.Bulgarian move will be responsible for organizing all the attractions such as off-road adventures,hunting trips,fishing competitions,mountain cycling and horse-riding.The ski resorts of Pamporovo and Chepelare offer very good conditions for all kinds of winter sports-skiing,sledging and snow-boarding.The region offers great opportunities for mountain walking and rural tourism.

 

           Hvoyna is placed on a quiet and picturesque mountainside which is cozy huddled up between the awesome ridges of the most beautiful part of the mountain. 

 

MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING AND ITS COMMUNAL AREAS (compulsory)
The maintenance of the building and the communal areas will be provided by the developer of the complex upon a 2-year contract. The annual maintenance fee is 10 Euro/sq.m (VAT included) and will cover the following:
• Annual maintenance of communal areas
• Maintenance, cleaning and heating of the complex
• Maintenance of the electrical and water supply systems; payment of electricity bills
• Standard repairs occurring from normal use during the year

The distance from Pamporovo Lodge to Pamporovo ski resort is only 30 minutes drive. Therefore there will be a car hire available at very low price. Also regular transport will be arranged: Sofia or Plovdiv Airport - Pamporovo Lodge - Pamporovo ski resort.4x4 cars will be available all the time for renting.

                                           Payment plan

 

-          -Reservation fee: 1000 Euro valid for 14 calendar days**
-1st installment – 50 % of the apartment price upon signing the Preliminary Contract and no later than two weeks after reservation
- 2nd installment – 40 % - of the apartment price upon completion Booking – 7 calendar days for reservation
of the roof (roof stage)

-          3rd installment – 10 % of the apartment price

-          on signing of Title deed

-           

·          the reservation fee is non-refundable

 

 

             The builders are open to other payment plans, however the first + second installment should not be less than 30%.       

 

   In the price is included the 20% VAT.The whole area includes the area of the apartments together with the common parts for each apartment.
